Our 20-minute fire-rated doors are available in five ready-to-paint decorative designs, with tough 24- and 25-gauge smooth steel and polyurethane foam core for durable energy efficiency. All doors feature a solid wood lock block for secure mounting of hardware, decorative glass options, and a five-year limited warranty.

You can select from 6'8" or 8' heights to best fit your home's architecture. 20 min fire-rating is available for 6’8” height doors only.

AccuGrain™ Technology
The Beauty of Wood in Fiberglass Innovation
Therma-Tru’s proprietary AccuGrain™ Technology has given our Classic-Craft® line of entry doors the genuine, authentic look of traditional wood doors.

What is AccuGrain
AccuGrain is a door casting process that uses multiple dies to produce different graining types to cast the appearance of real wood into our fiberglass doors. At a high-level, the process starts with building a wood door using select pieces of wood that have the graining and wood characteristics we want to reproduce. We then enhance the wood door using proprietary technology to enhance the natural graining depth on the wood before casting.

Then, with the graining technology, the final product undergoes multiple casting. This process, called random depth graining, combined with the multiple dies to produce different graining types, makes our fiberglass doors virtually indistinguishable from real wood doors. This gives you the beauty of a wood door with all the benefits of our fiberglass doors — doors that won’t split, crack or rot like real wood.

High definition embossing is a texturing process that creates the looks of wood paneling in steel entry doors. The embossing process gives designs to smooth high-pressure moulded panel skins, which is what gives steel doors the look of traditional panel embossed wood doors. The results are beautiful durable entry doors with deeper embossment contours and greater shadowing in steel doors. This embossing design is used in our Profiles™ Steel entry door systems.
